• We cross-reference phone numbers against local real-estate agent public directories to automatically flag and block commercial brokers trying to access our direct owner network.

To obtain our premium "Verified Owner" trust badge, landlords submit credentials proving their relationship with the property title.

• Owners upload a secure copy of their Government-issued identification (Aadhaar or PAN Card).
• Our trust compliance team checks the name on the ID card against property tax receipts, land registry documents, or initial allotment statements.
• This process guarantees that you are dealing directly with the actual legal titleholder or their authorized attorney, eliminating middleman scams.

We audit listings to verify that the apartments are actual physical spaces located inside the specified gated societies in Delhi NCR.

• Utility Document Check: Landlords upload recent electricity bills or society maintenance invoices displaying the flat address and owner name.
• Photo Auditing: We scan listing photos using metadata checking to ensure they are actual photos taken at the site, not stock images downloaded from other sites.
